Is studying philosophy a waste of time?

Is time something that can be wasted.?

Is philosophy just a hobby?
Something only to study?

Or is it something to be lived,
an integral part of every
person's everyday life,
planting crops, working,
playing, just plain old
being wherever one is,
and doing whatever one is doing?...

Sometime I think philosophy is nothing but
